Hydraulic Thumb

Tiger hydraulic direct Pin-On Thumbs pivot directly on the bucket (or coupler) pin, this allows the tines to follow the bucket teeth and stay coincident at all angles.

Direct Pin-On also means the thumb rotates on the same pivot point as the original bucket pin, not a secondary weld-on pivot point. The hydraulic cylinder is also directly connected to the thumb, covering 65-75% bucket rotation. Since both the thumb and the bucket rotate on the same axis, the thumb tip and bucket teeth maintain constant grip on the load when rotating. Unlike thumbs that use a secondary weld-on pivot point, the Tiger direct Pin-On hydraulic thumb eliminates scraping and slippage and reduces risk of release during rotation.

Also, because the thumb pivots right on the coupler pin, it is less likely to conflict with the boom or coupler itself.

All Tiger Hydraulic direct Pin-On Thumbs come with an induction hardened main pin, hydraulic cylinder and mounting bracket

Mechanical Rake grab

Mechanical Log Grab

Economically designed, and based on the Heavy Duty boxed mechanical rock grab. Narrower and lighter duty to keep weight and cost down. Great for light duty work and moving basic materials around, much more affordable than the Heavy Duty Boxed Rock Grab design.
